Looking Sideways Podcast

I was recently invited as a guest on the excellent Looking Sideways Podcast. To say I was nervous is an understatement but Matt was really great and I ended up enjoying our conversation which took place in the back of the Yonder van on a campsite in Devon. Matt is a thoughtful and thought provoking interviewer, he delves deeper than most and really did seem to just ‘get’ us, I was a little taken aback by just how much he understood what we are always trying to strive for.

It was great to be given the opportunity to talk about our past and how that has defined the way Yonder has developed. It really does feel pretty unique what we are doing up here and to be recognised by such a reputable platform gave us the boost we all sometimes need to keep doing what we do!

We hope you enjoy it, that it resonates with you and although I know I won’t have said enough or everything that needs to be said, we hope what we are doing represents more of you out there.

We would absolutely LOVE it if you supported both @welooksideways and @surfyonder by sharing the podcast too <3

Thanks to Owen Tozer for these cool Zoom photos he did remotely. You can see Owen and Matts work together in their new book Looking Sideways Volume 1 here and be sure to check out some more of the Podcasts, there are some really great ones there, we listen on Spotify but I am sure they’re available loads of other places.

Sally.
