You can return all stock items. Bespoke products cannot be returned. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

If you order clothing items and wish to return them you can do so within 14 days of receiving them but items must be in an as-new condition. In cases such as these you are required to cover the costs of returning the items to us but we will refund the original postage fee, we are currently looking into ways to make return postage easier but as a small business it is really hard to cover return postage too. A note explaining what’s wrong is useful too just to help us be better at what we do.

Exchanges (Clothing)

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or colour. You will have to pay return shipping only as we will cover the new postage fees. If we don’t have stock we will refund.

Deposits

As standard, all deposits are non-refundable. Please do get in touch as if we are able fill your space with someone on the waiting list, we will try to do this and return your deposit. This is at our discretion dependent on timings and logistics etc.
